Our diagnostic/trip fee is $99.00, with no hidden fees, and it’s applied toward the repair. Every repair comes with a 60-day warranty on our repair services (parts and labor).

 

 

1. A technician comes to your home and diagnoses the problem.

 

2. We identify the parts needed and give you a detailed quote, with an explanation, before any work begins.

 

3. If we need to order parts, we ask for a down payment, which is applied to your final bill.

 

We accept several types of payments: checks, cash, credit cards, and Zelle. All credit card transactions will incur a 3.5% transaction fee, which will be added to the bill.
